Neutrogena Beach Defense Sunscreen Lotion
We're really happy we got these deluxe samples from the Kirk Distributors family. Obvi, sunscreens are a must have as they help to protect our skin from the sun's harmful UV rays and so much more but have you ever tried using them as a "pore perfecting primer for makeup? Oh, you slipping.
Manna Kadar Flutter Mascara
Personally, I've been BLESSED with super long lashes (top and bottom) so the massive size of the Flutter Mascara wand works perfectly to achieve my signature Betty Booper eyes. But the gag is..I've been using the Manna K superstar as a root touch up for my unruly greys. Plus, I've also read that old mascara brushes are good for unclogging face basins as well as cleaning jewelry. Makes sense to hang on to this massive wand right!
Bella Beautique Nail Polish
Can I be honest with you? The only outside the box use I've found for Annabel's polishes are ...using them at home, by myself. Sounds odd but I've been so busy lately AND on a budget that making and keeping a nail appointment has not happened in a while. The Gag is, these colors hit the mark with one coat and totally gives you a home run with two so much so, I've been able to pull off beautifully colored nails on my own. YIKES (THAT'S A BIG DEAL ) The fast drying super pigmented colors works like magic for the "cluts" in me.
Kitsch Roundie Towels
Probably the most multifunctional item ever in the box were the roundies. So many ended up on the beaches (and THE GRAM) as they're meant to but for those of us that actually live on an island and never make it to the beach, how about using them right at home. We've used ours as a blanket during the rainy nights recently. I've seen subscribers use them as a play mat for the kiddies. Looking to find your zen in the quiet meeting room at work?...The lovely folks at Market Me Ja use theirs in the office for same. AND my bestie has suggested using hers as a tablescape for our upcoming girlfriends potluck dinners. Sounds fun
Smart Choice Farms Fruit Flavoured Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce
If you're into super spicy, this pepper sauce cuts no corners on the heat. NONE whatsoever. So for me, that's a no-no.
For everyone else in my household that's reason to drain the bottle on everything. My aha moment, however, is skipping the drama cutting peppers while doing meal prep and just using a tuups from my bottle. It's one of THE ONLY hot sauces made with no preservatives, no starchy fillers, no artificial sugars, so it substitues perfectly
